Ultra Professional and accommodating! Sonja was so helpful when I called in to make the appointment about adding a perimeter seal around our garage doors and was able to answer all my questions. Later that day, Will came out and again was very helpful to answer questions and instruct as to how the job would be completed -- again very professional and knowledgeable. Plano Overhead Garage Door replaced our entire system about a year and a half ago and we have been very pleased! Awesome, punctual customer service!
What a relief that they sent someone out same day so I wasn't stuck in the garage! Technician was right on time, fast but efficient, and super polite. So relieved that the previous home owner left a sticker on the garage door so I knew just who to call. Couldn't have been easier.

The office was nice when I called to schedule, and they called to let me know the service guys might be late, but they showed up on time. Tristan and Paul were clean, nice, personable, and ready to work. They got to work and got my door back on track and serviced it completely. Very pleased with their service and price.

Call made at 8:30 and tech, Brandon, was here at 10:30; he was a very polite and efficient young man that seemed to have admirable work ethics! We will definitely use Plano Overhead Garage Door again when the need arises!
Nate called when he was on his way. I told him about the issues with the motor and door. He diagnosed the problem in a couple of minutes. A simple fix. He fixed the coupler in the motor, replaced the ‘wheels’ on the garage door and I asked him to replace the gasket on the bottom of the door as well. He quoted me a price, which was better than I had expected. He did a great job. Did not try to upsell, indulged me in my many questions. I've done business with this company for years. They are always on time and do great work. Today, I had my garage door opener replaced along with new rollers. Kudos to Grant and his helper for their excellent work.
