Plano Overhead Garage Door has been our choice since 1985. Today, Steve Reese installed a new opener and replaced the rollers. Quick, efficient and super nice. I felt very comfortable with him and his recommendations. It will be so nice to have a garage door opener that works consistently - and I love the new features!

Had to replace the garage door opener, and am very pleased with the work. Everyone I talked with was professional and polite. Grant was right on time and did a quick job of installing the new opener and explaining how everything worked afterward. I would definitely recommend their services.
Excellent service from the moment they answered my call. The lady on the phone was knowledgeable about what I needed and how much it would cost, unlike most businesses in which the person answering the phone transfers you or gets a call back number. Had a repair person out the next day to replace my broken single spring with a double spring system. Painless process.

POGD was smart 6 years ago, when they replaced my old single spring and door with a dual spring. Having a dual spring versus a single spring, means that if the spring breaks, usually it is only on one side. Unlike when a single spring breaks, you can actually get out of your garage. The installer was early. The spring was covered by their lifetime warranty, I just paid for the labor. Grant did a great job and in short order.
