Our garage door torsion spring snapped one evening. I called and left a message after business hours. The next morning I got a call at 7:30 telling me they could be at my house between 8 and 8:30. Matt showed up on time and was finished 30 minutes later. The spring was under warranty so I only paid for the labor. what a nice surprise to find out that the Spring which broke after 20 years of service has a life time guarantee; So we only had to pay for the install. Same day service. Really glad i kept the paper work.

At 4:30PM on a Friday, my husband managed to get our garage door stuck in the up position. I had visions of him having to sleep in the garage so he could protect the ole homestead since I wasn't sure we would be able to get someone out to our house on a Friday evening. We called Plano Overhead Door and they were out here by 6:00. Thirty minutes later, we were good to go. We were very happy with the service, and even with the emergency service charge, it was very reasonable.

I had an emergency issue with my garage door on February 8th. It left me unable to get out of my garage, but Plano Overhead Garage Door had a technician out within an hour to fix the problem. They were prompt and professional. I would highly recommend this company.

I was having trouble with my relatively new Liftmaster garage door system. I called Plano Overhead Door for assistance. Nate came out, and identified the rather simple issue right away. I am now looking at a new system that will work with my smart phone. Nate was all over that option too and explained how it worked and the benefits. I asked for a bill, and there wasn't one. I highly recommend Plano Overhead when I called to book an appointment the girl scheduling was very friendly. They showed up the same day and had my garage door working. Nate was very knowledgeable and explained to me my options and why my door wouldn't open. He showed me what happened and made me feel very confident in my decision to upgrade my components. I will definitely call in the future if I need.

Plano Overhead Garage Door is excellent! Our spring broke, stranding one car inside. Nate Bell showed up promptly, fixed the problem areas (he also discovered our cables were rusted and frayed and about to break, and tightened and lubricated everything that needed it. He was professional, courteous, and fast! We've used Plano Overhead Garage Door in the past, and they never fail to impress us!
