WOW, very impressed with Plano Overhead Garage Doors. My spring broke this morning. I went to the internet, search garage door springs. I found some and soon realized that this is above my pay scale, so I quickly decided to call a service man. I have a double car garage and only 1 spring. They suggested installing a 2nd spring to help reduce the load on my opener. I said, Yes, please install the 2nd spring. They arrived at 3pm and was done within 30 minutes. We needed to put in a new garage door motor. Having using POGD for years, this time is no exception. As usual, the technician was here on time. Finished the job faster than promised. Everything runs smooth and quiet now. Kane did an awesome job explaining how to operate the new system. Very patient and professional. The mobile app he recommended us to install worked magic! I purchased one of your Lift Master Garage Door Openers last week. Kane had been to our house to repair another brand of opener on a prior service call. He told us about your products and recommended that we replace our old one when next service was needed. Kane is very knowledgeable of the installation of his products and helped to get our door aligned properly, as well as replace worn out rollers and weather stripping. Very pleased with service! Broken springs were still under warranty, so only labor charged. Less than $200 for repair. So nice to deal with an honest garage door company! I have used them for years and highly recommend them.

Had my garage door opener replaced by Plano Overhead Garage Door. The call to the office was friendly and helpful. Will came out at the time they told me. Will worked with diligence and a thoroughness that is rarely seen in business today. He patiently answered all my questions during set up and even programed our cars remotes. This morning on the way to take my son to school, the spring on the garage door broke! I couldn't remember what company replaced it before, but I got lucky and picked the right one. I called just after 8 and they were able to send out a tech by 10:30. Kane did a great and quick job replacing the spring, which was under a lifetime warranty we didn't know about. I will make sure to recommend this company to others because of their service and quality.

Could not be more pleased with my entire Plano Overhead Garage experience. I called for service and a professional, friendly and competent technician, Will, was at my house the same day. He took the time to explain maintenance tips with me, which will prove to be valuable over time.
