My tech Reese was friendly and knowledgeable, he explained the repairs needed, gave options, and instructed us on how to keep the doors running smoothly. My garage door was not opening and closing smoothly so stopped at the store since I was in the area. They were able to send a tech to my house that afternoon! It is working very well again. They installed the doors several years ago and did a great job with the installation. Would highly recommend them. Very customer service oriented.

Great to work with! outstanding! The sales representative, Annette Polk, went out of her way to be helpful. After getting multiple quotes from many vendors, gave the best price, by a significant margin and then added weather seal. Robert the installer, was punctual, helpful, friendly, explained all that he did, did the job well in good time. Reminded of their lifetime warranty.
