Awesome service! The nice lady was very clear on the products and service provided to make my choice easy. All I had to do was schedule a time. Then Jason showed up AT THE SCHEDULED TIME!! that's one of my favorite parts. Jason was very professional and organized. He let me know all that was going on and then very efficiently replaced the old one. I am extremely satisfied from the first call, service, professionalism, on time, quality product, install, payment and warranty.
I appreciate Reese's coming out to look at our door opener! We've been finding the door open the past few mornings when we know we had it closed before going to bed. He took the time to clear our codes and get the remotes working on a new frequency, and gave a few helpful hints and suggestions along the way. Very nice, helpful and professional!
