Plano Overhead Door helped me out quickly - they were professional, courteous and so incredibly helpful. I was stuck with my car in the garage at a bad time and they were able to get me going again within a few hours. Thanks again!!
Excellent service through the entire process (purchase,scheduling and installation). Will called a few minutes before he arrived to let me know he was on the way. He then explained how the unit functioned and the new features. He also carried off the old unit. He was very courteous throughout the entire process.
I called Plano Overhead Garage Door on a Saturday because of a previous good experience with their service. I was again pleased with the prompt service (same day) and professional installation of a LiftMaster 8550 garage door opener. This opener is far superior to the one I was replacing. I wouldn't have chosen it otherwise.

I called Plano overhead when my garage spring broke and they said they would send someone out to look at it; I was concerned about the price and they tripled a web coupon I had and sent a guy out the same day! He was ahead of schedule and they called to let me know; it was really a professional and friendly service unlike another company I had called. I will definitely use them again (as I do have another garage door that Plano overhead did not install so it will probably break!).
Called them up at 7:30am because my torsion spring broke, and couldn't get my car out! They came by at 8:15am.....fixed it beautifully. Great service! Kane Owens rocks!
