Our technician, Will, arrived right on time & accessed our problem right away, offering us a couple of different options for a solution. He ended up replacing the springs for us & was very thorough in explaining the process & warranty. He made sure to offer us a coupon for the visit which helped, every little bit counts! I would recommend Plano Overhead Garage Door to anyone. They originally installed our garage door in 1999. The door broke last night and the technician Kane arrived the next morning at the promised time, explained the problem and fixed our door promptly. Kane was very professional and knowledgeable. Having them install our door the first time is the best decision we could have made when choosing a garage door company.
