I was having problems with my garage door coming down and didn't know how to solve the problem so I called to schedule service which is normally about $125. The technician who came out said that our door had been installed in 2012 and that it really didn't look like the full service was needed. He took a look at my situation, solved the problem and didn't even charge me! Even took the time to show me how to solve it if I encounter this again. Great customer service!
It has been some years since the last time I needed repairs on my garage door, but I called "old reliable" Plano Overhead Garage Door for service yesterday. My 23 year-old18 foot door had age damage and would not go up. Their service tech Nate came out within an hour and a half, made workman-like repairs, and charged a very reasonable fee for the trip and full service. Great job, great company. 5 Star rating from me.
We are very happy with the replacement of our garage door following the hail storm. The door matches the paint on our home, it was installed quickly, and it works perfectly. I would use Plano Overhead Garage Door again!
I enjoyed dealing with this company. They provide excellent value and are family-owned. We had work done on two garage doors. One was a "normal" lube and tighten service, the other door got stuck about three feet from the ground and wouldn't go any higher (kinda puts a kink in things, as i couldn't reach the rope to make it manual without a ladder). Spring broke and our cars were locked in(we were locked in) PlanoOverhead squeezed us in and installed new springs so the door would open and we were free at last, and the Missus was able to make her Talent Show performance. Fantastic company! It's hard to find the "old-fashioned" notion of providing superior customer service, quickly scheduled appointments with on time technicians, fair pricing, and and all provided by friendly, knowledge personnel. You can't go wrong with using this company! love them!
