Plano Overhead just installed a new garage door opener for me. They gave me a good price and quick service. The overall customer service was great, from the technician (Robert) who gave me a free estimate, to the office personnel (Sandra) that helped with the sale, to the technician (Will) who installed the opener; couldn't ask for better. Will was very professional, explained everything, answered all my questions, and helped program my car's remote as well as the wireless keyboard. Job well done.

Highly recommend Plano Overhead Door, from estimate through installation the were knowledgeable, professional, and priced fairly. Robert did an excellent job - good with people and very good installer. We had called several garage door companies to give us an estimate, and Plano Overhead Garage Door was by far the most knowledgeable and professional

These are the folks to call! I called at 9am on Monday morning after my door literally was falling apart. I had a new insulated garage door installed by 3pm. Will and Austin were very professional. My husband accidentally started to close the garage door on top of my car last night and while my car was fine, the garage door was not. I called at 7:55 a.m. this morning and Reese was here before 10! He put in a new hinge, serviced and made adjustments and all is well with our door again. Reese was so nice and the pricing was reasonable. We will continue to use Plano Overhead Garage Door for our garage door needs!

My door broke at 4:45pm. Even though they were short staffed that day, they sent a guy out by 5:30. Will Rhodes was great. He had us fixed in no time and went above and beyond the call of duty. We've used these guys for years and they have always been courteous and capable. We've bought our door and garage opener from them also. We are loyal customers. I can't recommend them highly enough!

I'm a first time homeowner and heard about Plano Overhead from a friend when my garage door broke this weekend. They took my call on a holiday and were flexible when scheduling for them to come out. Then Reese was so helpful in explaining how it all works for me and gave me supplies to use to keep it working well throughout the year. Will definitely keep using and recommending them!

Had them install a new opener / spring a couple of years ago. Unfortunately, the spring broke over the labor day weekend. Called them first thing on tuesday morning at 8AM and Phil answered promptly and he had a technician out by 9AM! SUCH WONDERFUL and QUICK service!!! I was really impressed at how fast Cain had our broken spring and complete garage door tuned up. Thank you. You have a repeat customer for life!!! Highly recommended.

We had several issues with our existing garage door. Will Rhodes gave us our options for repair or replace. We ultimately opted for a fully insulated replacement door and opener. Will's recommendation was even better than we expected -- the morning sun no longer heats the garage -- maybe 10-15 degrees cooler inside -- noticeable difference. He was exactly on time and his workmanship and attention to detail was perfect. Highly recommend Plano Overhead Garage Door -- and especially Will.
