Plano Overhead came to our rescue when lightening fried our garage opener. They offered the best product for a very competitive price, and were able to install quickly. Technicians were great to work with and very knowledgeable. Thank you for great service!
They were very helpful by trying to first see if we could re-engage the carriage ourselves. We left a message late that night saying we couldn't get it to work, and we were called first thing in the morning with someone scheduled to come out that morning. He was timely and explained everything he was doing.

Provided same day service. Our rep, Spencer Fitzgearld, showed me how to care for the garage door parts to keep it in tip top shape. Also showed me what knobs and dials were to make sure I understood the importance of their function. Very courtesy. Office staff was also very helpful and responsive.
Just had my old screw drive garage door opener replaced after 18 years of service. It was installed by Plano Overhead Garage Door Co. in 1998. I had them replace it with a LiftMaster 8550W belt drive opener with battery backup and WiFi capability. Called on Monday morning and they scheduled me for 8:00 to 8:30 Tuesday morning. Their installer, Nate Bell, arrived at 8:15 and had the old opener removed and the new one installed and operating by 10:15. It is amazing how much quieter it is than the old opener. We are very pleased! We notified y'all Friday evening , communicating our need for your service....you responded Saturday morning and by 3:00 in the afternoon we had our new garage door installed! Nate was polite, professional and efficient....we were very impressed with him. We LOVE our new affordable, QUIET garage door and opener and can't say enough about the service we received.
