Plano over heady was a joy to work with the Technician came in introduced himself, he was neat, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient. I retired from a giant corporation that use to teach its employees that its all about the customer and POGD is all of that. The door was off track and the cable had come loose. He took care of that, tighten the springs and he even help me program the garage door opener in my car. Thanks POGD.

Spencer Fitzgerald showed up ahead of the scheduled service time, worked diligently to address the issues that I had, and then above and beyond to correct issues that he noticed, which included opening up the motor housing on the garage door opener to find a loose connector that was causing the opener to not work correctly. The garage door opener now works like it was brand new.
