Plano Overhead Garage Door installed our door, inside & outside keypads in 2008. No problems in past 10 years except replacing inside keypad. They have always been prompt, courteous and very professional in person and on the phone. Grant Bounds just came to replace keypad and perform routine service and maintenance. He was great. It is soo awesome in this day and age to be able to count on and receive wonderful customer service !! wonderful customer service
Grant was super! He was at my house within 30 minutes and had my problem solved. A broken spring on my garage door. I would highly recommend them.
Our old garage door was beginning to fall apart, the hinges were raining screws into the garage when it lifted. We called Plano Overhead Garage Door and they scheduled a consultation the following day. The Technician was on time, and explained the issue with the hinges and pointed out were stress cracks were forming. We had an appointment the following day to have our door replaced. Came to house 3 hours after being called. Found problems with old wiring and corrected. Also lubricated and checked both doors. Will absolutely recommend Plano OH Garage Doors.
