Our garage door completely broke and Plano Garage Door was out the same day (within hours of my call). Nate was prompt, very thorough in explaining everything and made sure the office could order our doors for a next day install. I HIGHLY recommend them!
Fast friendly service with reasonable prices. I had a Thursday appointment, but Wednesday afternoon they called to see if I was home, saying they had a truck in my area and could come then. When It was time to pay, the repairman said he was giving me a coupon to help me with the cost. I highly recommend this company and give them a 5!

Can't thank them enough for their friendly and courteous service, knowledge and making sure I was satisfied with their install. I would gladly give them 5 Stars.
