I love the service department - bent over backwards to aid me in a dilemma with an ignition and fob problem - in & out in less than an hour - Another Dodge dealer a few towns North of Franklin told me I would have to leave my vehicle and "maybe" could get it checked within 48 hrs - I have my go-to place and its Planet Chrysler Jeep Dodge !!

This is about the body shop. I had a car rear end me, and I brought my 2017 Acura RDX in. Mark was so nice, and ordered the part right away. Received a call from Mark asking me if I could bring my car in on Monday at 08: 30. Ofcourse I said yes. My car went in on Monday, and it was ready Tuesday after noon.
