At the Planet Jeep dealership in Flagstaff AZ, wearing my facemask, I walked into the customer checkin area for my scheduled appointment. Both Planet employees were wearing their facemasks. While checking in with the woman at the service desk, a Planet employee who was NOT wearing a facemask, came into the customer checkin area and stood 3 feet behind me. They will do anything to help: I needed a part for a 2005 Liberty and they found one for me in Rio Piedras P.R. brand new on a shelf. Not even FCA or the dealers on the West Coast went that far to help a customer.
