RecommendedWow! What an amazing facility. Everyone very compassionate and extremely professional. Frankie had an overnight. We got to see the spotlessly clean lab and where she was staying. They called at 9 pm and 7 am to let us know she was doing just fine. Communication was fantastic! Thank you !!♥️♥️

RecommendedMy 2 1/2 year old Chinese Crested Orville was diagnosed with severe dry eye at only 5 months old. I’ve brought him to every vet to help with his eyes because he was in so much pain. Every vet would try to help with keeping him “comfortable” but that was about it. That’s when I made a call to fox valley referral center and his life has since changed! RecommendedJust had the BEST experience at Hope today with Dr. Orsini and his assistant. Wow I’ve never been so impressed. The front office was efficient and so pleasant. Dr. Orsini greeted me himself in the waiting room and took the time needed to explain the complex issues of my cat. He came up with a plan of action after a careful and easy exam with my skittish cat and was just so warm and personable. The assistant took cute pics of my cat. Great appointment!

RecommendedI cannot say enough good things about VSH. From the excellent vets....the great techs....the awesome office staff. They all go above and beyond in the care and treatment of your pet. 👏👏👏 My dog absolutely loves going to VSH. 🤗
