Worse place ever . Sat there for 5 hours for them to tell us without $3,000 they wont do nothing ! And that with us taking her home it would have to be amputated!!!! The doctor we had was so rude about everything . Dont recommend this place at all. The doctor that we had that was extremely rude and ignorant was Lindsay Jett!!!!

Three hour wait. Pointless testing for them to make money. Don't get answers anyway. So over 4 hours for a visit and they can't even tell you what's wrong. Never again!!

Just had to euthanize one of our cats. My husband took the cat in and the staff could not have been more compassionate towards my husband and our cat. Thank you for making such a hard process a little less terrible.

I wish this review was in better circumstances. But, I have to write it nonetheless. Last night we took our dog Reeses in because he was lethargic and not moving. He was just seen by our vet on Thursday who told us he needed an ultrasound as the xray was showing something. Last night, Dr. McGinley (sp?) was the most informative, nicest and most of all honest Vet we have ever encountered. He told us everything that we needed to hear to make an informed decision. Unfortunately, it ended with us sending our doggie to the rainbo... read more

If it wasn’t for their caring staff my grandma could have lost 2 dogs in one day. Very caring staff. Only place that would work with us up front with no cash and helped us apply for a CareCredit credit card. Definitely will be referring them to anyone.

We took our dog Kira to the PVSEC- South location the other night because she got into our dog food container and ended up with an enlarged stomach. Three things I’d say: 1. Very clean facility 2. Knowledgeable and caring staff 3. They clearly understand that pets are family, and will take excellent care of them. This location is 5-10 minutes from us, and we are definitely glad that PVSEC is in the South Hills. We know that if either of our dogs have a major emergency, that PVSEC will take care of us. They also have lots of ... read more

Had to take my dog to see the ophthalmologist as recommended by his vet for an eye issue he was having. His vet put him on several meds and by the time of his appointment his eye was all cleared up but I wanted him to see a specialist to make sure no damage had been done. They were very upfront with the cost and even called me on a Saturday to give me options. I gave a 4 star because after the first call, I was being given prices for surgery, if need be, which shook me a bit, because they hadn’t even seen my dog yet. Everyon... read more
