We are so thankful for Dr. Nelms helping with our sweet dog Madison’s eye problem. Everyone there has been so kind to us, and the follow up care has been amazing, too. Thank y’all so much! ❤️

This is the best place by far. I had to take my boy today for emergency eye care. The doctor, Dr. Nelms and her staff were really excellent with Grizzly. I took him today because he was shot right above his right eye and we were hoping to retrieve the bullet, but were unable to due to it being too far back. She didn't want to take the chance in something happening to him worse than losing his eyesight just to get it. I tell you what that was a hard pill to swallow knowing that my 2 1/2 yr old German Shepherd/Great Pyrenees m... read more

My dog had an emergency over the weekend so had to take him in. The staff truly cares about you and your pet and they are very affordable. Great atmosphere. They don’t push services you don’t need. Didn’t feel stressful. It didn’t feel like it was about the money, it was truly about getting your pet healthy and taken care of. I’ve been to other emergency vets and this was by far was the best clinic. Great experience and would highly recommend.

No place quite like it that I’ve been to. I’m able to get my German Shepherd the care he needs because of their facilities/services offered

Had my cat spayed and the wound didn't heal right, she ripped it open. the whole staff was absolutely wonderful with my Saxa girl. the day after we left she was already acting more like herself, and she's finally out of quarantine playing with her sister. I can't thank them enough for taking care of Saxa

I just want to thank your staff for the kindness they showed to my husband and daughter on Wednesday night when we had to make a hard decision for our dogs well being. Thank you for taking care of Zoey and showing her compassion even when my family wasn’t in the room with her someone stayed and was petting her. My family drove over 2hrs to get there and it was well worth it.
