Excellent and compassionate care for my sick little dog for the second time in 10 years. Feel fortunate to have such a great 24 hr emergency facility in our area.

We have been taking our cat Gooey to see Dr. Bagley for several years for a chronic eye condition. We just saw him today at the new Washington, Pa office. As usual every one of the staff members were helpful and caring. Dr. Bagley is the best. He is so honest, compassionate and knowledgeable. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you again for taking such good care of Gooey!!

We just had our initial consultation with Dr. Compton for our Boxer/St. Bernard, Rooney, to have TPLO Surgery (CCL repair). Dr. Compton and the tech with her were both very kind, honest, and knew immediately what was going on. Of course no one wants their pet to need surgery, but I feel confident that he will be in great hands. I wanted to add... I’m SO sorry I don’t remember the tech’s name because she made us feel at ease right away. That first initial impression means everything when you are in a stressful situation to be... read more

The care we have received has been top notch. Dr. Klosterman and Dr. Keller have been amazing! My only complaint is the cost of care. I will spend my last dime to make sure my animals are happy and healthy I just wish it was a little more affordable!

On March 5th, our Harley escaped from the back yard and came back bloody and not able to breathe, we immediately rushed her to Washington pa location, only to find out that she was hit by a car and she was severely injured internally, we had to lay our sweet girl to rest that day.. The staff was amazing and they were very sympathetic, I don’t remember everyone’s names because that day was a blur to us but we received a card today in the mail with all of the staff saying their condolences to us. I can’t believe our sweet girl... read more

After scrambling to find a place to help our dog Max over the rainbow bridge I found this place. They made a horribly difficult time a bit easier. They were very caring, kind and unexpectedly handed me a footprint keepsake.

My Pup and I received excellent care for the 2nd time from Dr Mikoloski and the neurology staff! We are forever grateful!! Doc is 7 years old and had to have his 2nd back surgery due to a herniated disc. During his hospital stay I was constantly updated from his surgeon and staff caring for him, they put my worrying mind at ease and took wonderful care of my little boy! He is back to being a happy boy and even acts like a puppy again...I can’t thank Dr Mikoloski enough, she has been a blessing to us!! I would recommend the n... read more

My little girl was hit by a car and a kind person took her to this facility. She was dead on arrival. The hospital found my information through her microchip, they went out of their way to find me (we just moved from NY)They found me and messaged me by Facebook. When we went to get her, the staff was very kind, the veterinarian sat with us and explained to us that she did not suffer. She was bought to us wrapped in a comfy fleece blanket. They were very gentle with her. They also made paw prints for us. We are eternally grat... read more
