Very thorough, very professional. I use the AVS Specialty Care side of the house....NOT the Emergency Vet side... I live 90 minutes away. Appointments run long because they are specialists....and much diagnostic testing is usually required. Bring a book...or enjoy the free Wi-Fi.
Had an amazing experience during a very stressful time. They worked quickly and gave me all the information needed and called me with updates exactly when they said they would! Pricing was fair considering the emergency situation and all of the staff was extremely kind and caring. Although I hope I never have to go back- I definitely recommend this place for any after hours emergency needs!
Been here for hours and no one has told me anything about my daughters pet!!!
