I had a package ordered on February 6, and shipped on February 9 and it has been almost two months to get it. It current states that it is thirty miles from me and that was a week ago on March 17. It has not had an update on their tracking website and it is an annoyance as I have never waited this long for a package when getting information about its shipping status. Do better.

I GIVE THE3M ZERO STARS I returned the Postage Meter about 5 years ago and owed a balance of $2,089 and paying them for the last 5 years I NOW owe them a balance of $2,340. CONSTANT LATE FEES AND OUTRAGEOUS FINANCE CHARGES.

If I could give a zero I would. This company is not only incredibly confusing, but they are remarkably unprofessional. Their methods of payment are ill-conceived and inflexible. Customer Service to resolves problems is completely unhelpful. All of this is not coming from one person, one time period, or one issue. I started at my new employer a year ago. Pitney Bowes is extremely difficult to work with and has little to no support. I have spent countless hours trying to resolve issues with this company. They close support cases without responding or confirming the problem has been resolved. I've requested a supervisor call me multiple times and this never occurs. Ultimately they keep charging late fees for invoices that are not sent. I was originally signed up for paperless invoices and those wouldn't reliably get emailed out so I had to switch to paper invoices. I will pay ... read more

Ordered item beginning of Feb. and now March 19th and still waiting for item. Tracking shows it spent 3 days in ******** now 3 days at ****** ***** ***** They give you the run around or just do not answer the phone so I'm still waiting for a paid item I wanted the beginning of March with no way of finding out why it hasn't been delivered as yet. Very POOR customer service. Can't even give them a 1 Star. Guess you have to in order to leave review

I've been trying to cancel my account for three months. They continue to charge my credit card. They keep saying we have opened a case. I'm simply trying to terminate my account. Can't find a way out. I absolutely despise this company that continues to steal my money to this very day.

Package shipped from ****** through Pitney Feb 23 2021 has moved around all over and now stuck somewhere in ******. Its now March 15 2021 and USPS still awaiting item. Pitney Slow claims post office has it. They lie and are rude. I stopped buying from Kohls due to this shipper. I will not buy from a company who doesn't care about its customers. Pitney trash. I only gave one star because it does not allow zero! My package left *** ***** en route to ***** ** Feb 23, 2021. It arrived in ********* ** March 1st and departed ********* ** March 2nd. Today is March 10 and there is no further activity. There are no delays in this area. I receive multiple packages weekly from all over the United States and have experienced nothing like this.
