Both times I have had packages shipped with Pitney Bowes the packages were delayed for weeks without any updates.

I will NEVER order from a company that uses Pitney Bowes ever again. A package that was supposed to be delivered within a week of ordering and now it's 3 and a half weeks after the package was supposed to be delivered and it's still not here. And then another package is supposed to be delivered tomorrow and it left *********in and went to ******* ******* which isn't far from me and it now says it's arrived back in ********* ******* what is wrong with this place

As others have said, if I could give zero stars, I would. My package has been 2 states away since May 7. It made it to the U.S. from China in less time than it is taking to move 2 states. I see their customer service is responding to all complaints with the same useless answer, the website provided to track the packages doesn’t give any further information, and the retailer also does not have more “up to date information” as the response claims. And why would they, when the package is in the shipping company’s hands?

SCAM SCAM They never cancel your subscription and your credit card gets charged every month. I had requested for cancellation before my trial period ends but till date my credit card is getting charged 14.99$ every month. Its been 3 months now. After numerous calls all they say is our back office is looking into the matter and we will credit the amount deducted. I mean how long though, 3 months and still the issue is not resolved. Only because I’m forced to give a star to provide a review: slowest shipping service ever! My package hasn’t moved in a week & now future “time stamped” updates are being provided on the tracking site - with a delayed delivery. **** **** * ****** (merchant) made a HUGE mistake in choosing Pitney Bowes as a shipping vendor!

It’s taking way too long to deliver my package. Plus we can not to any customer service to ask what’s going on. What to slow! If I can give zero stars I would but I can’t. I need my packages now!

I ordered a product and it turns out it is being moved through PB and is to be passed off to ***** The total ship time was to be 4 to 7 days I think. The PB label was created on the 18th, 9 days ago. Day before yesterday the tracker displayed 2 to 5 days till delivery, now displays 4 to 6 days delivery. For CS you get a recording telling you that the agents can't tell you anything that's not displayed on the tracker. Why not? It's their truck and driver.
