I shipped a trade in phone back to ****back before Thanksgiving, 2020. It is now March, 2021 and the return has not been delivered yet. would never in a million years use this company knowingly again. Would love to contact them, but they have ZERO customer service. What an absolute joke of a shipping company. Avoid these people at all cost.

This is the worst shipping partner ever. WTF?!?! The send your package to 3-4 different warehouses/shipping centers all over the US.

I am a business owner since 2012, this is the WORST VENDOR! AVOID with ALL COST! The contract is very long - 3 yrs and they charge all kind of HIGH fees. Their billing system is very confusing and customer service is very limited(not educated enough, knows only one side). OMG! I could not wait to get out of the contract!! For example, I paid over $300 total for the postage less than $100 worth during 6 months with their cheapest plan!! I don't know how they keep doing business. DO NOT USE OR CONSIDER THIS COMPANY!!!

2 packages stuck in ******* one has been sitting there for a month second one was sent due to first one not moving now the second one has been sitting for 3days. I've never had any serious issues before this, but this is ridiculous. I understand covid and short staffed and weather etc..but a whole month? My package has been sitting in their Grapevine mail sorting facility since December 30 (as of today that is 58 days). They refuse to speak to me and instead tell me to take it up with my seller. My seller has contacted them and they assure them that it is "on its way!". I just want my package.

Worst shipping agent I have ever seen, pre loaded copy pasted responses from “help agents”. They’re fast to take your money to ship something but not fast to find it when lost, move it, or respond to CUSTOMERS. I ordered something from Amazon January 20th/2021. It’s now over a month later and no update since the 25th of January. I could walk to the last known location of the item faster than they move it by whatever means they MIGHT use. Avoid at all costs.

I'd leave zero stars if I could! This is without a doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with! My package has just been sitting in the **facility for over 2 weeks now! Not only has it not moved, there has been no tracking info since then & right now I don't know when or even IF I'll receive it at all!
