I wish I could give them 0 stars, because that would be a more accurate rating. I had ordered items from a company on November 26, 2020. I have not received this order still and there has only been 2 updates on the package, once saying the shipping partner received the package, and it was transferred to another shipping facility with the shipping partner in a different state. This has—by far—been the worst third-party shipping experience I’ve ever had to deal with. My package hasn’t moved in over 75 days now and it’s shipment began on November 24th of 2020. At first, I thought perhaps COVID operations and guidelines have delayed their services, but now I’m truly convinced they pocket/resell packages deemed as ‘lost in transit,’ making customers default to the retailer to sort it out. I have received every delivery 2-3 WEEKS late or simply not at all when this company is used. Avoid this company. They will ruin your business and alienate your customer base without caring.

Absolutely the worst company I have EVER had to deal with! My company uses them for the postage machine they provide! I would give them no stars if that was an option! They have no idea what is going on, they know nothing about their machines or error codes. It is pretty much like talking to a brick wall and you'll have better luck with the brick wall responding! I have been reading these reviews and they are very much the same as mine. My item takes a tour around the country, it stays in one place for weeks. No one is helpful,you get the run around and can’t understand them because their call centers are outsourced to countries that bearly speak English. This company really should not be it business. The government should regulate their practices.

Worst shipping experience ever! Ordered items on 12/30/20 and got a notification the package is sitting in ******* **since 1/4/21. I contacted the retailer and USPS and it finally moved on on 1/27/21 to ******** ** where it has sat for the past 7 days. The retailer sent another since he couldn’t tell where it was. Since then 1 item is out of stock, so I’m out that. This new package was sent and has been sitting in ******* **since 1/25/21. Someone needs to look at their operations.

Pitney Bowes has had a package to be delivered for a month. Last update was a week ago. You cannot get through to customer service. They do not have a way to request a trace for a list package. Businesses should avoid using this company to ship packages as they will endure customer service complaints when shipped items are not received.
