I ordered a scale in August 2020. I never received the scale. When i called the company I was forwarded to several different people. Eventually I was told it was back ordered and that I would receive it soon. It's now January 2021 and I never received the scale. I am now on the phone for 45 minutes and have spoken to 6 people who keep passing me along and putting me on hold. Bought something for my company that has been sitting at Pitney Bowes for over 2 weeks now. My package is literally 2 hours away from me and PB won't move it along to the ****. Next week will be 5 WEEKS and I still don't have the package. I emailed them and got no help other than, "It's sitting in Carol Stream." Do not use them for your business if you want your shipments to be delivered in any sort of a reasonable time frame. This is ridiculous.

Pitney Bowes is a disaster. My package has been sitting in the same Grapevine, Texas locations since 1/9, and it was shipped on 1/6. Here it is 1/24 and the package still has no movement. If you contact them, they will not provide any details and tell you to contact the merchant. The merchant of course has no idea why the package is not being transported. It's so ridiculus. 9261**************3831 needs to be investigated, because who pays money for a shipping facility to just hold your package? I am starting to think a bunch... read more

Has to be a scam company. They have no customer service for regular customers. My item was shipped through Pitney Bowens on December 22. It made it to *******on January 7; however, USPS is saying they still have not received the package from them. I needed this item before January 22 and thought for sure it would be here in ample time, but it looks like Pitney Bowens had other plans for my package. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Received a shipping notification that the item was shipped on 1/18/21. As of today, 5 days later, it still isn't in the PB system and no-one seems to know where the items I ordered are. Horrible.

I ordered from ********** ******* which utilizes Pitney Bowes/Newgistics for shipping services. I placed an order on the 1st of January 2021 and the expected arrival date was the 15th of January 2021. On January 6th the package showed as being shipped/In-Transit. Here we are today the 22nd of January 2021 and still not a package in sight. This is by far the absolute worst shipping service and company. Absolutely terrible. Package left facility, then went back to facility, and is now labeled as delivered TO THE FACILITY. I 100% believe this company to be a scam and that my product was stolen.

I am only giving Pitney Bowes a 1 star review because I have to. A penny for the peasant of all shipping equipment companies. Their workers never present solutions to problems. They refuse to send people out to fix their equipment and make you do everything over the phone and it never fixes anything. They are making us pay a lease on broken equipment that they made us replace and refuse to fix. They won't do returns after six months after they tell you that you that the specific item you ordered works with your new equipment... read more

Horrible. My order was shipped from *******on January 5, then apparently went on an adventure to ******* where it hung out for a week before showing back up in ******** My delivery date has been pushed back three times and it doesn't seem likely that it will be delivered by the most recently updated date. I will never shop at any company that ships with Pitney Bowes.
