Worst shipping company in the US. So slow, The **** ******* would have had packages to me faster. In no world should any package take 3-4 weeks to arrived when shipped from anywhere within the United States. I’ve had packages shipped from other countries arrive faster. Pathetic, I have no idea how they stay in business.
This is by far the worst shipping company I have ever dealt with. Their customer service knows nothing, packages never come and they just tell you to call the retailer. Then the retailer tells you to contact Newgistics. This company needs to be shut down. This is unacceptable. They are nothing but a scam.
I made a purchase online 12/12/20, the package was shipped out the same day and was to be delivered by 12/18/20. As of today 12/23/20 I still haven't received the package. Yet, tracking shows that it was shipped to ******* **Dec 16th then to my home town (2 hours away) on Dec 18th and back to Dallas on Dec 21st. Today it's showing that it's heading back to my home town, where it should have been delivered the first time.... Guess we'll see what happens to it today!! Zero stars are indicated for this company but unfortunately that is not an option. I ordered many items from ****** to be used as Christmas gifts and have received all of them except the one package shipped by Pitney Bowes. I order many items around Black Friday because I want to get the most for my money, and have never had a package (ordered from any retailer) not arrive in time. Ordered my package(a Xmas gift for my daughter - her main, big gift) on 11/30/20, it was delivered to a Pitney Bowes location *********** **) only 1/2 hour from my home on 12/8/20. As of 12/23/20, I still have not received my package and it doesn’t look like it’ll happen before Xmas. It’s just sitting in that truck/warehouse in ********* and not being delivered to my home. I ordered shoes from adid12/5/20 and unfortunately they used pitney Bowes to ship them to me. Today is 12/23/20 and my package has been literally 3.5 hours from me since 12/15/20. Now the website is saying it won't be delivered until 12/29/20. So much for it being a Christmas gift. This company is absolute garbage, customer service is basically little to none. Avoid pitney Bowes at all costs!
Terrible company!!!! I ordered my product from*****a 11/30 and still haven’t received it. Can’t reach anyone to follow up and Adidas wasn’t much help! I’d never recommend them to anyone . They need to be shut down .
If I could give this company negative stars I would. Their shipping service is horrible I ordered something from a reputable store in November with an expected delivery date between Dec 3 and 14. It is now December 23. My package had gone from ***** ******* ** ** *******and then back to ***** ******where it has been sitting with no further update since Dec 12. I placed an order on Dec. 1 that contained 4 items. Each shipped separately and the final item shipped via Pitney Bowes. Every item has been delivered other than that which was shipped via Pitney Bowes. Tracking for said item began on Dec. 4, moved to *** **** ***It supposedly left ********** ** (about 4 hours from its final destination) on the 15th.
