Ordered a package online at the end of November 2020. Shipper sent it via Pitney Bowes. According to tracking information, its been sitting in a facility in ********** ** since December 5th. Beyond that, no one seems to know when it will actually show up, or if it will ever leave ******I'm starting to think that its lost and no one wants to admit it.

I ordered a product from J****** they shipped it through Pitney Bowes. I contacted J****** who told me to contact Pitney Bowes. Pitney Bowes blamed Newgistics for the stall in delivery. When I asked how to contact Newgistics I was told by the Pitney Bowes representative that cannot be reached because they do not have a customer service department. As of right now, I am 3 weeks into having PB hold my package hostage! I have called and I have been treated rather rudely. I am on the phone again today and it's been 35 mins and I am still on hold. My December **** ***was shipped by this company and I have yet to receive it. When I tracked my package it was in my town on Dec 23,2020 but for some reason they sent it to another state where it has sat toll Jan 2, 2021. I ordered a product from *** **** *** ****** they shipped it through Newgistics. It took over a week to be picked and I was charged for the purchase, It is currently in limbo. *** **** *** ****** blames Newgistics and Newgistics cannot be reached and has not updated the info since it was picked on on Jan 5 2021. This company is a severe disappointment and I'll never use any business that uses them

Worst delivery ever. Over 1 month a pitney bowes in ********* ******** Shipper won't resend or refund because they say "covid" delay and PB lists it as 'departed pitney bowes facility', to ****, and **** says they haven't received it. That was Dec 19th. ****I showed them tracking and they told me basically what I looked up online. Pitney Bowes has no way to inquire..zero rating.

I have been waiting on a package that shipped December 3rd. It sat in transit from Dec. 9th-Dec. 30th and now has been sitting there in transit since Dec. 30th. It's Jan. 10th What the heck is going on with Pitney Bowes. This is absolutely unacceptable. I would give them zero stars if I could.

I have had a package sitting at the ********* ******* facility for weeks and weeks. I have contacted the seller of the product and have asked for a full refund. I hope that the seller will avoid dealing with this company in the future. The fact that packages sit at this location and never move is unacceptable.
On December 2, 2020, I ordered a pair of running shoes direct from ******using their online store. I was notified by email on December 7, 2020, that the order had been shipped and tracking information was provided.
