If I could give a ZERO star rating I would. I ordered from ******and the item was "shipped" according to ******on 11/27 & I still haven't received the package. After the label was created on 11/27 I never received an update until 12/13. It wasn't much of an update either. I will not order from ******again if they continue to use Pitney Bowes.

This company received a package of mine on November 30 and did not ship until December 16. It is now December 27 and I still have not received my products despite being ordered on November 27. The only answer you get from them is “talk to the retailer” and when you question the retailer the blame gets pointed right back to Pitney Bowes. The operation of this company is unacceptable especially this time of year when so many people are relying on timely deliveries. Since the “file a complaint” button doesn’t work, I’m forced to do a review. This company is the worst. They’ve had my package since December 9th and is currently in ***** ******* ********. My package has been all over ********but always returns to ***** ******, and I’m in ****!! Pitney Bowes has been given the title of “The Company That Stole Christmas” for a reason. Horrible! I understand COVID and Christmas but for it to take over a month to get from ******* to *******is a JOKE! It’s Christmas Eve and my package has been sitting at a facility less than an hour away FOR 5 DAYS. How?!? It take A LOT to upset me, but this has done it. I will never order from a business that is using them, ever again.

WORST SHIPPING COMPANY EVER! They received my package on 12/2/20 per my vendors site but didn't enter their system until 12/9/20. they were notified by vendor that it was to be delivered for christmas. it's still sitting at their facility and it is 12/24/20. i get stuff internationally and get it faster than them. The international orders ship economy (with custom's layover) and still get it faster than pitney bowes. I don't want to give any stars ******uses this company to ship orders my order was placed Nov 28 . it's is Dec 24 .still no package. I call and am told in transit.this is not acceptable.will never use this business again .

Unreliable shipping partner. Tracking system is not updated. Couldn’t speak to anyone from hotline. Per merchandiser this company informed them that package was delivered to **** on 12/15. **** has not received item. Been waiting for a month now to receive item.

They have had my package for 20 days. It was supposed to be here by Christmas. It won’t be. They are the worst, hopefully retailers will stop using them. One star was being generous.

The worst! Ordered an item in Nov., it was shipped 12/4 to ** facility, and is still there as far as I know. The box containing a gift has yet to be scanned and put into USPS hands. I don't know if I will ever receive the item. Fortunately the seller is refunding my money.
