Placed multiple orders from various companies only to find out they’re all using this shipping service. I’ve received none of them!!!!!! ********** ********* ******* ****** * ***** Beyond pissed.
Not one, not two, not three- ALL FOUR PACKAGES that routed “through” the ******* **distribution center arrived and still haven’t left. I live 30 mins away and could’ve walked all four packages, one each trip. back and forth by now. The first of these arrived November 17th, NOVEMBER 17th!!! The company is running a scam, it should be investigated! Any company using their service should stop. My package is stuck on “waiting on USPS” after 30 days. They never ship the package forward, must be keeping them and expecting the companies to refund or replace the items.
Worst shipping place possible. No one else is taking this long. My package has been there for weeks and no movement. Terrible!
One of my packages from *** **** went missing, the only one that was sent through Pitney Bowes which was supposed to give the package to USPS to deliver. The package has only been moved a handful of times every few days over the last 2 weeks and is still half way across the country. How about a negative 5 starts option?? I have 5 packages, all from small businesses just sitting in the package abyss that is Pitney Bowes Grapevine. The 1st of which was received by them November 18th - All the rest the following week. It’s bad enough that small businesses are struggling to survive without Pitney Bowes adding to the trouble. They expect these people to double ship items to account for their shortcomings. Awful. Pitney Bowes is a joke. Go train with ******... they have their s*** together.
Where is my package?! I ordered an advent calendar for my fiancée on November 7. I contacted the merchant on November 22 to see where my package was and was told that my package had been shipped. That same day, USPS said "Merchant order receipt notification, USPS awaiting item." On November 30, I reached out again and was told it had been sent and that the merchant would urge the logistics company to ship as soon as possible. worst support ever.. Call and its all voice and hangs up. packages take and extra 10 days after being delivered to a different facility. I have told the seller that they have lost me as a customer as long as they use you as the delivery company. you all cant keep a schedule or take a package.
2 of my packages have been stuck in their ********* *****facility since the 22nd and 30th of November with no movement, in the past Pitney Bowes has been slow with my packages sitting in each facility for a week at each but this in unacceptable.
