I am so so pissed off right now. I got put on hold for 56 minutes to talk to a representative about my package from ******. When I finally got a hold of a representative she was rude and disrespectful to me. She told me that my package had been delivered to USPS for delivery, and I asked her, if that’s they case why hasn’t Usps updated to say that Pitney Bowes delivered the package to them. They have no customer service. There is no way to contact them. They have had my order since 11/23/2020 and it still has not left their facility. The original vendor also has no updated tracking information.

I ordered on 11/17 from PersonalizationMall.com and got a shipment notification on 11/20. My tracking information showed that it was at a shipping facility in NJ on 11/25. I live in NY so I figured it would arrive soon. It’s now 12/15 and still no package. Tracking information shows that it’s still sitting in the same facility in NJ. I ordered this in advanced of the holiday deadlines and the website said it would ship witching 3-5 business days and allow 6-10 business days for shipping. This company is absolute garbage. I placed my order on November 30th with a GUARANTEED delivery date of 12/12. I contacted the vendor (since Pitney Bowes/Newgistics essentially say that it's pointless to contact them, even though THEY are the ones who are delaying deliveries), who gave me a refund because they said that it looks like the package is lost. I have an order from a company that is using Newgistics for shipping. The package has not moved since Dec 1; today is Dec 14. The vendor is adamant that Newgistics has the item. There's no way to contact Newgistics, only the vendor. I want my items!

Absolutely horrible shipping company. My package shipped two weeks ago, and for the last ten days it has been stuck in *** Today, I went to check the tracking on my package, and now they are saying that the tracking number doesn't exist. So it sounds like they lost my package and are too pathetic to own up to it, or maybe they're hoping if they pretend they never had it I won't be mad at them? Whatever it is, this company has no business being in the shipping industry, they clearly are in over their heads.

Package picked up dec 3rd....been just sitting there. Was suppose to be delivered dec 8th. No updates...no contact. Ridiculous! Worst shipping company ever!

This company is awful. THREE of my packages that are meant for christmas gifts in 9 days have been sitting in their ***** ******warehouse for weeks and they are absolutely no help at all. How can this company continue to operate?

My package sat in the ******* *acility for over a week without movement and now has been MIA for 10 days after allegedly leaving the facility. And ****still hasn’t received my package so that they can deliver it. I just want the items I paid for. This is absolutely ridiculous to wait about 3 weeks on shipping. I don’t appreciate having to worry about getting a refund if I never receive what I spent good money on. Y’all need to get your stuff together and get packages to the post offices so they can actually be delivered.
