I had a merchant ship a package through this company. Package was expected to arrive on November 27th, its now the 30th and my package is still sitting in a Shipping Partner Facility in ********** *******, where it's been since November 24th. There is absolutely no way to contact this shipping company about packages and on here they are using a cut and paste about Covid causing shipping delays to customers that complain. My package has been in transit for a month now. For the past week its been MIA. Apparently it left the last location but hasn't arrived anywhere else?! How is that possible when I only live an hour from the last location it was checked in. How are all other shipping companies able to process, fulfill, and ship in a timely manner, Covid is not an excuse anymore.

I have gotten things from china that move faster than Pitney Bowes. If they don't get employees to do their jobs, they are going to ruin Christmas for thousands of people. Every other shipping company seems to be doing fine and at least moving packages. Pitney can't even manage at a snails pace.

My package has been in “transit” 8 days now the delivery date is unavailable!! There is no way to contact them! Pitney bowes is horrible!

Run as fast as you can use any other courier, My package has been on its way for over two weeks, I was held up for five days in **********then ship to *** ******where it’s being held up for another six days and I still don’t have an estimated delivery date. They don’t care about getting your packages to you in a timely manner run as fast as you can run even sure post is a much much better way to go ****snail mail’s even faster

The worst shipping company for packages anywhere. They hold packages for weeks and months. No updates on their tracking info. No actual customer service to call. They then blame it in COVID when all other places like ***** *****, ***seem to operate fine and no issues. To be honest and don’t even know if this company is real and if they have employees. I have urged bath and body works to not use them ever again. 3 weeks and still no idea where my package is.

The company I work for has been in business for 8 years. I've worked for that company for 7.5 years of that time. We've NEVER had a Pitney Bowes machine and never will. I am constantly harassed for a past due account on equipment we do not have. They mailed us a postage machine - unrequested; which we sent back with their postage label. I am getting harassed on an ongoing basis and it's getting ridiculous. This is a company that thinks I am paying a bill for something we didn't ask for, don't want and no longer possess.

It's absolutely impossible to reach ANYONE on the phone, and any questions I've submitted to them online have been ignored. I do not recommend this shipping partner at all.

same as most people, when they fined out pitney bowes has there package. must be a ****of a long way to the post office to take 10 to 15 days to get your package to the post office. SHAME ON THE MANAGEMENT AND THE CEO OF THIS NO GOOD COMPANY. and the ****calls them a shipping partner if so where is the us post master? and the BBB. pitney bowes NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!!!!!!! IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE - FIVE SKUNKS.
