I ordered one package from one merchant and it said it shipped on September 11, 2020. I received a notification from the merchant that my order shipped, when I clicked the link, it took me to Pitney Bowes to show that a label had been created, but there was no visible tracking number. It was to be transferred to the ****, so that was the only tracking number available, which said that it has not yet been tendered to the ****. ANYTHING THIS PLACE TOUCHES, DOES NOT GET DELIVERED. PACKAGE 1 - WAITING OVER TEN DAYS PACKAGE 2 - WAITING OVER 7 DAYS PACKAGE 3-7 - NEVER RECEIVED AND ALREADY RESHIPPED BY OG USING A DIFFERENT METHOD I WOULD LEAVE A ZERO STAR RATING. YOU CANNOT REACH THEM BY PHONE, USPS CAN'T DO ANYTHING UNTIL THEY RECEIVE IT. PITNEY BOWES MANAGES TO STEAL EVERY SINGLE PACKAGE. MAGICALLY, THEY ARE ALL PKGS WITH THE NAME IN BIG WORDS ON THE BOX.... INTERESTING.

order date 8.10.20 received 9. 9.20 order shipped from ** ** *** currently in a Newgistics hub since 8.21.20 that is located 15 min away from my home. someone make this make sense. Tried to go pick it up and they say its not there yet. but tracking says it is. then they say they dont have customer pick up at that location. im moving on 9.30.20 and im sure it will not reach me by then which means i now have to wait even longer because im going to have to have it forwarded to m new address. I purchased several items from **********. However since the beginning of pandemic I didn’t have such terrible delivery issues, cause even at that time ********** or Taobao as well shipped everything pretty quickly and all my items were delivered quickly here in US as well. A company that I regularly order from, for at least a year, had to switch locations and coordinate with a shipping partner. FirstMile with Pitney Bowes was that shipping partner. There are currently hundreds of packages *** ** ******* **, to be dispersed throughout Florida. Apparently departed 11 days ago with no updates. Upon further investigation, this is a regular dysfunction in this company, particularly so in *******. Newgistics courier is THE WORST. If I could give them a 0 I would. Ordered from ********** ****** products August 11th for my daughter’s birthday. Tracking shows August 14 as the last movement. Today is August 28. On August 14 it showed in transit from ******* ******* ** ******* *******(Final Destination). It is a 40 to 50 minute drive and it shows my package being in transit 14 days! USPS never received it! Tried several times to call newgistics and unable to get through to someone. Finally got in touch with someone from Pi... read more

I returned an I-phone through the **** on June 26. It was picked up on July 9 by Pitney Bowes. That is the last information I have on my return. Today is August 27. I cannot contact anyone at the company. I am paying for a phone that I do not have and I do not know where it is!

Ordered something in overseas and was shipped almost immediately. Pitney Bowes receives it and it has been in their own hub longer than its been traveling.... I have even ordered something from ******** to see who would be quicker! Looks like my order from **** which was ordered a week after will get to me faster than them delivering a package from the beginning of the month. I should not take a MONTH+ on arriving to the US to reach its destination.

Worst delivery service ever, no tracking whatsoever, my order is “in transit” since August 9, it hasn’t even left their facility. Company representative just gives you generic answer “We do not have any information outside of what is on the tracking tool. For the quickest resolution to your issue, you should reach out to your retailer or marketplace.“ And what is retailer supposed to do about them keeping my order at their facility? **** should really rethink their partnership with these guys. Most unreliable service ever.
