Pitney Bowes is horrible. I ordered from a ****** ***** and my package sent out on the 9th it's still not at my door. I figured they lost it because it had been 2 weeks it hadn't moved. Got my money refunded and ordered another package thinking it was a one time situation and I'm still waiting for it. I ordered another package from the same company after the first 2 and ***** got it to me in a matter of days. Pitney Bowes is the worst shipping company ever. Every thing I have ordered from a company that uses Pitney Bowes for shipping is arriving EXTREMELY late. They aren't updating their packages, I've been waiting on my shipment from Ipsy for 30 days!! There is no communication! I have 4 other packages I'm now waiting on that should have arrived by now. I'm not holding my breath that they will be here anytime soon. I'm going to quit ordering from companies that are partnered with Pitney Bowes. I don't believe someone should have to pay full shipping or price for a product that... read more

HORRIBLE SHIPPING... I DO NOT CARE IF IT IS A PANDEMIC... IT IS UNACCEPTABLE FOR A PACKAGE TO SIT AND NOT MOVE FOR 10+ BUSINESS DAYS. PEOPLE ORDER THINGS AND PAY TO GET THEM BY A CERTAIN DATE... Horrible shipping process! Def not an A plus rating! My package has been from one coast to the other and even to my small city where I am and then it went back to the west coast. Never attempted a delivery to my house while it was in my small city. Again, HORRIBLE!!!

This company is the worst. They take SO UNREASONABLY LONG to make deliveries and their customer service sucks.

Pitney Bowes is the WORST shipping company! The do not care about their customers or their customers, customers. If there was a way to find out ahead of time if a company uses Pitney Bowes I would not order from them. I placed an order at the end of April and at the end of June (after contacting *******, the company finally agreed to resend my item through ****, I received my item within two weeks. If I could give no stars I would. I had a packages being mailed to me on July 7th & have yet to receive it. It has been sitting in ******** ** since July 24th has not moved. I should have received my package weeks ago. They gave me a delivery date of 7/13. Today is the 30th & no package. I ordered other things through same company a week after & they sent it ***& I've already received my orders. I also saw where some people's packages arrived damaged or opened without contents or missing most of the contents. I have no idea ... read more
