Grabbing my pitchfork and torch and joining the angry mob here. Bought something from ****for the first time and they shipped through Pitney Bowes. I had never even heard of them until now. My package has fallen into a black hole and they don't offer any assistance; they just tell you to take it up with the merchant. Well, I won't be ordering anything from anyone who insists on shipping through Pitney Bowes again.

Second parcel that they lost. Purched from 2 separate companies and Pitney Bowes sent them back return to sender! I never had any problems with other overseas shipping companies. This company is horrible!!!

In 2012 Pitney Bowes was awarded a $32 million dollar deal with the ***** Since then it's been a nightmare trying to get packages. Their tracking is none existing. They have no responsibility for packages or even getting them delivered. They are ripping off the retailers & **** and no one is doing anything about it. They need to be investigated and put out of business. And now the **** is complaining they have no funding...bad deals with companies like pitney bowes is why.

If I could give a negative review I would. My package has literally been sitting in their facility since the 24th of last month. There's no easy way to contact them and their customer service is garbage.

They've had one of my packages sitting in one place since 7/24/20. It is now 8/12/20. I've been ordering from the internet since the pandemic began and have received items through other shippers in as little as 3 days. This is my first package shipped via Pitney Bowes and the first time something has taken this long. I've ordered things from overseas that arrived more quickly. I'm pretty sure PB is using the pandemic as an excuse to slack.

They are hands down the most inept and poor customer service company I've ever encountered. Do not use these guys as a shipping partner. If the vendor you are shopping with uses Pitney Bowes as a "shipping partner" just pay for upgraded shipping **********) and actually get your package. Otherwise you're package will show as "In Transit in ********* * ********for weeks and no matter who you call they will either pass you on to a dead-end robot recording or tell you to take it up with your vendor. I have been waiting for SEVEN+ weeks (53 days) for my package to travel from *** ****** ** ********I ordered from ***** ***and they shipped my order on June 19th. Here it is, almost 2 months later, and I still don’t have my package. It’s moved a couple of times on its way to ***** but it sat in ****** for a good month. Why? Totally inadequate performance. Full of excuses. Very trumpencian in their attitude and concern for products in their care as a shipper. I'm tired of their pathetic COVID excuses and "oh we're a tier 2 company and we do business with lots of shippers". The truth is the problems are directly the responsibility of PB. This is the worst shipping company ever. I’ve been waiting over a month for a package, and now they are telling me looks like there’s a problem with your delivery. Freaking thieves stealing everyone’s packages.
