The shipping times are ridiculous. I understand that COVID-19 causes delays, but to have so many issues recently is absurd. My package was moving along well until it got to the PB facility. Now it has been sitting there for weeks. I wouldn't be this upset if it was a one time thing, but it seems that many people are frustrated. How do you ignore hundreds of packages?

Pitney Bowes and Newgistics which are both one company are a scam and fraud. It seems I'm not alone in this process of waiting for my package to arrive. Just like many others that i see on here they have so many issues. I've tried contacting them but they tell me to contact the merchant. They just dont want to take responsibility for their mishaps and terrible service. How this company is still in business is beyond me. Why do businesses use this shipping service makes no sense. Horrible company. I have a package that they were supposed to deliver and it never arrived to *****It's been stuck in transit for months. Something fishy is going on. I hope someone didn't steal my package.

their packages have been flying over my state dozens of times in circles and they take at least a month to hand over to USPS. They are RIDICULOUS.

I’ve only ever used this company twice. Despite their claims to quick and efficient deliveries, my first package took two months to be delivered from one state away, and the second package never left their facility. IE, Pitney Bowes didn’t even deliver my package to **** to complete the shipping *for them.* I wish I had read reviews on this company before, because I can’t find any positive reviews for this company, and I would urge everyone to steer clear.

Please read. I ordered a package through ********* and until the order was confirmed, I was unaware they were working with Pitney Bowes as a shipping partner with ****. At the beginning, I paid this no mind as I hadn't yet known of their lack luster reputation. On the ********* site as well as the Pitney Bowes site, they claim orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days (and that's the updated time frame they gave to take Covid-19 into account). I wish I could leave 0 stars. I thought the issues I was experiencing was just me, but all the reviews I’m reading are the same as mine. I placed an order from ****** * *****at the end of May, Pitney Bowes started updating July 1, and it’s now July 24 with no updates. It’s been waiting to be transferred since July 8 to USPS, and tracking has not updated since then.
