My package has been in their network since early June 2020. It is now early July 2020. Somehow it makes sense to send my package from the west coast to the east coast, before getting it to the Midwest. Each day says my estimated arrival date is that day, but days come and go and I still haven’t received my package. Puts us customers in an awkward spot with sellers, because I’ve considered filing a claim that I am missing my package since it seems to be lost in the shipping network.

My package has been sitting since 6-15-2020 and no one is giving me answers! I ordered from ****** and they won’t even help me with it! Pitney and Bowes won’t get back to me and I paid $150.00 for my order! Help BBB! This is horrible business practices. ******* ****

Been having issues with them accepting packages and not moving them for a month+ and I am not the only one and all they say is to contact the merchant WHEN they are in possession of the packages not the merchant. I have been on them about’s are they shipping it quicker or them forfeiting the package to a different shipping company such as *** ***** ***send the three shipping companies I mentioned have shipped packages to me a lot quicker (example the merchant would ship out on the 28th of every month and I will get The packa... read more

I thought it was just my bad luck until I read through these reviews. I have three packages that I am waiting for, two are over a month late and the other I assume will turn out to be the same. One of the packages first showed up on the tracking on the east coast and sat there for weeks. From there it went to the other side of the country and sat for another week before heading back east. Already it is sitting in **since the 28th of June and I doubt it will move from there any time soon. Where it will go from there who knows... read more

They've had my package in their facility for 2 weeks. Seriously, all they have to do is give it to my local post office. This is basically what my tracking says. pre shipment info sent to usps june 30 in transit june 22 Departed shipping facility in commerce ca june 22 Considering that my local post office is less than 10 minutes away from their facility, my package is either lost or they departed and arrived back at the facility and my package is sitting in a large pile of packages that will never see the light of day. Where is this package, actually? You've been sending me these ridiculous notices for months...following this package all over the place...but never delivering it! Who are you, anyway?? As everyone else here has said, I've ordered something and the seller sent it through Pitney Bowes. I ordered it around the 6th, it came into their possession on the 9th. It's a simple phone case, nothing more, and yet now, at the time of writing this on the 29th, there has been no update of any sort to the status of it. There's zero reason for this to have been sitting in a warehouse in ********for the past 20 days, even with their supposed "10 day delay due to Covid". It's inexcusable.

I placed an order from ***on 6/16. They handed it off to Pitney Bowes in ********** ******* on the 19th for shipping after claiming they were sending it via USPS (yes, ***will also be getting a scathing review). I live one single state over in *** and it bounced around their warehouses in IN for about a week and has now been sitting in the same one for 4 days. It has moved a grand total of 100 miles. I only gave 1 star as you cannot give 0 stars. I order a rare record from ******* on ebay, and picked PRIORITY SHIPPING. I had to go to a website that tracks all U.S. shipping services to find out who had my package, and now its been in my country for over a month and has yet to be delivered.
