Pitney Bowes has been holding onto my package at their ********* *****facility for two days now. Can I rate them a 0? After having put up with this arrogant company for 5 years, I notified them that my office had closed and that I needed to return my equipment as the lease on it had expired too. They would not take my P.O. Box as a valid forwarding mail address and asked for my home address. Pitney Bowes removed any contact information from their website in relation to tracking packages. Their website redirects you to ask ***** ******* *****l or anyone else about your packages. Even though it's Pitney Bowes who are at fault and who are holding everyone's packages' hostage. I called their toll free number and the guy redirected me to the right people who handle this. I ordered something in the middle of May and it has been sitting in a warehouse 30 min from my home for a month now. After contacting the costumer support, they told me they didn't have any information even after I told them it was in their possession. Eventually, the costumer support stopped replying to me all together. The item I ordered was kind of expensive for me and I can't easily afford to order another. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with by far.
I ordered supplies from ****a. It shipped immediately on May 15th, 2020. Well upon arrival May 18th to USA, Pitney Bowes took posession in ******** *** It then traveled to ****** ********* ** June 1 - 2. Then made it to ********* **, June 4th. As of June 4th - Pitney Bowes has provided no updates - it's like my package has disappeared into thin air for almost 3 weeks now. Order placed from a retailer in ****** Reached Pitney Bowes ******* facility on June 5. It's now June 23rd, item has not moved from that spot. Many other ****buyers apparently dealing with similar issues. Make sure to check with any retailer you buy from, if they use Pitney Bowes request they use a different service, or do business with someone else.
Package is just sitting there??? Originally tracking number assigned was in *** *******but " package"is in *********** I ordered this product from DHGATE not sure if they are the rip off company or this shipping company. But seriously I ordered items from the UK and arrived within a week and a half.
SO SLOW. Ordered June 1st on ****** and the package shipped a few days lated. USPS tracking updates have not been updated since June 8th. It just says that my package has been picked up by a shipping partner, Pitney Bowes. Where's my package?
