The worst shipping carrier to ever exist. Companies need to stop using them. Packages sit in their warehouses for WEEKS with no movement. My package has been sitting somewhere in Indiana for 2 weeks. This is absolutely unacceptable.
Absolutely horrible service. They refuse to take responsibility of their shortcomings. Newgistics generally will provide shipping service to stores like **** *** **** ***** *** ******** ******but they end up costing them more money than they save them due to their massive incompetence. If I could give this company 0 stars I would. This is by far the worst customer service in my professional career I have ever received. Not only have we had a machine that is not operating for 2 months it is almost impossible to get in touch with anyone to get service. Not only have we jumped through hoops to resolve this issue we have been trying to cancel our service now for over a month, and guess what? More hoops and no service. It’s been a month and I have not received my item or an update on where it is. The last update I received says the package is at a facility in my city that was and was supposed to be delivered last Wednesday. The merchant points me to Pitney and said the items are in their possession. Pitney has denied it and responded with a generic response on twitter since that is the only way to get a hold of customer service. Bad experience and customer service , how are they still in business?
Ordered a package from overseas from a well-known (for their slowness of shipping) company. I started this expecting that it would take a while. That being said, the order was placed June 11th and made it from ***** ** ******* and Pitney Bowes's hands by Jun 28th. 17 days, not unexpected. I am like everyone else about this company I wish I could just leave zero stars. This company needs to be put out of business. When a package comes from overseas faster than they can deliver a package is crazy. I have no package and when you call to get an answer they tell you it is the merchant problem not theirs and I should contact them instead. This “shipping” company is a joke. I’ve had nothing but terrible experiences with every shipment of mine they’ve handled. I’ve never had an on time delivery. I’ve been waiting for 35 days for the last thing shipped for me. Their “customer Service” is anything but.
Package left merchant May 26, 2020 it is now July 21, 2020 and still no package and no one will help me find it. The merchant won't reply and neither will Newgistics/Pitney Bowes. Absolutely the worst purchase/shipping experience I have ever had. How is this company still in business. I have turned the matter over to Paypal to try and resolve. I hope I can get my money back. I will not do business with any merchant that uses this shipping company. I wish zero stars was an option; better yet negative stars!
I ordered a package on July 2nd and Pitney Bowes tracker told me it would be delivered on July 11th. It’s now a week later, there have been no updates since July 10th and they won’t tell me where my freaking package is! I will be telling every company that ships with Pitney Bowes that I will not shop with them until they stop using Pitney Bowes to ship their products.
