horrible. extremely slow. would never recommend. you're better off using regular mail USPS. would give 0 stars if I could.

If I could give them negative stars I wouldn't be about to give them enough NEGATIVE stars. I made the mistake of ordering from a company that uses this "shipping" company. Let me tell you, calling them a shipping company is like calling dog crap fragrant. I placed my order on August 19, its October 2, my package was in their commerce city, ca center for almost a month. It made its way to Texas and has been sitting here for almost 2 weeks. It's probably 20 minutes from my house. It's supposedly headed to **** to be delivered... read more

They literally take the 7 to 10 days once IN THEIR possession to process the checks. I tracked my payment and it was in THEIR PO box 7 days before they processed (after my due date) SO they CHARGED us a LATE FEE / Finance charges. I called and got no where with them.

I placed an order with *********. I returned some items and was picked up by this vendor. It is over 2 weeks and the status isn't updated. I tried calling, and the machine says to track the order online and to allow more time for processing. I called several numbers, and there is no way I can reach someone. I need to speak to someone on help locating the item.

I have a package that shipped from ********** ** ************ from September 11th and is sitting in the same place since September 16th and is about 15minutes from my home. Call the retailer and all they want to do is replace the items but the kicker is they don’t have them in the sizes anymore because they had such a good deal going on at the time, so then they want to refund the items. My package has been in transit for 22 days now with Pitney Bowes. ****never received the package and the tracking drops off about 16 days ago. Package is gone. I took it up with the merchant as instructed and they reshipped my order free of charge. THE SAME THING HAPPENED! Tracking drops off in the exact same place where the package is supposed to be handed off to ****. This is absolutely ridiculous, even with COVID. Every other shipping company is making it work. This is my second time having a seller ship me something through Pitney Bowes and they are horrible. They receiver your package and then hold onto it for months without delivering it to USPS to be shipped. Sellers, do not utilize them, you will lose customers.

Would leave zero stars if I could. My package has been stuck at a Newgistics facility literally an hour away from my house since 9/10/2020. The last tracking update stated that my package was in transit to **** but **** has no record of the package and obviously has not received it. I contacted Pitney Bowes since they’ve “acquired” Newgistics and was told that they cannot help me. But, since Newgistics is now a part of Pitney Bowes I have no way of getting ahold of anyone. I have a package that has been in transit with Pitney Bowes since early March before the shutdowns not to mention before I was pregnant (yes I have managed to grow a baby for 6 months while Pitney Bowes has yet to deliver my package to USPS) literally been waiting for over 6 months with they past 2 months the package reading that it it at a location about 20 minutes from my home.
