This is the worst shipping company I received my car from ******* quicker than It has taken them to send a package to ***** when it’s in ***** it has been sitting since October 10, 2020 it’s November Now. I don’t care if they say it’s a two-tier order whatever it’s been a month all they had to do is transfer it to ****

I can’t seem to get someone to contact me at this company- looks like some got some answers here. **** couldn’t help me. The original company that shipped my order tried to do their very best to accommodate me- but most of what I had is now out of stock. I am in ****** and we are halfway through November - and unfortunately am expecting another order with this delivery carrier. My package was shipped on 10/24, it has been arriving and departing facilities for 17 days now! and six days ago it supposedly departed a shipping facility right here in the state, since then, no update. That's the first time I hear about this company, and I already have the worst impression. Don't try making COVID an excuse for the bad job, I've ordered several things over the past few months, with no issues at all, I would understand a delay of a few days, but the amount of time they are taking is just too much.

Newgistics will provide tracking information that is indicating movement; however, that information is not based in reality. When verified against ***** and even Pitney Bowes tracking, their supposed 'tracking information' is nowhere to be found. If I were to believe the information provided, it would mean that the **** held my package at my local hub for days without delivering or acknowledging it. My package was received by PB on Oct 23 and has been sitting there without any processing for more than two weeks. There is no any updated tracking information on their website. I have no way to contact the company. COVID-19 is not an excuse for such an unbelievable delay.

It's about all PB facilities.... My package, which is supposed to be delivered to ****** *** was received by PB in ******* on October, 22, been sitting there with no movement till October, 31 and finally appeared in their ************location. This "mailing carrier" is one of the worst I have dealt with. Their tracking of packages is lagging and they hold on to packages for weeks at a time. They have no customer service team to help customers with this issue and I highly believe they steal customers items. I'm amazed this company is in business and that legit retailers waste customers time and money by forcing us to deal with them on our own.

Unreasonably slow service. Avoid Pitney Bowes at all costs. ******* partners with Pitney Bowes and three months in a row it has taken three weeks or more to get my delivery, the problem always being between the time PB takes possession and when they hand it off to ***** The issue is not *****as you might see in the news -- they deliver the package within a day or two of getting it from PB. Quite possibly the worst customer service and business culture my company has ever dealt with in our 45 years in business. No responses, 16 customer service representatives over a three month period, documentation that states case is expedited. A sad state of affairs for them and indicative of their inattention and lack of care of long time customers.
