Horrible delivery service/customer service. Placed an order with a retail merchant that used Pitney Bowes to handle delivery of the package. Merchant estimated delivery of my order on 12/3. Tracking shows retail merchant transmitted the package to Pitney Bowes ********* ** facility on 11/27. On 12/2, ** ********* ** facility sent the package to a ** ***** ****** ** ********. Where is the negative or no stars option??? Hey Pitney Bowes, we all know it’s a pandemic. We are all affected by it and we are all drowning. No one has the time or money to deal with lost packages, pandemic or not. My package left **then got to ******* but is now back in ****?!?? It’s been two weeks and my packages are just sitting there. That is my livelihood to feed my children during this god for saken shut down. BBB please do something! It’s already enough to deal with 2020 alone let alone this garbage!

Four out of six retailers I ordered from on Black Friday have shipped my packages with Pitney Bowes. Until now, I had never even heard of them, and wish that I had no need to deal with them. I'm giving one star because zero isn't an option. My package was received at their facility 3 hrs from my home 13 days ago. And there it died. Or went home with someone. The Pitney Bowes ********* **location is the Bermuda Triangle of packages. Although after reading pages and pages of complaints, this seems to be a company wide problem. Ugh

There is no way to contact this company, I’ve had a package waiting with no updates since 11/21, it’s now 12/6 and since I am not a registered customer with them I can’t contact anyone. Ridiculous!

I’m in ******** and ordered boots from a company in ********. Boots left KY to a Pitney Bowes center in *******, where they’ve been for 11 days now. Already well past my expected delivery date and I had to reply to the company I ordered from “when I receive them I’ll let you know” as a response to the e-mail I received days ago asking if I enjoyed the boots. I’m waiting on a package that says it left ********on Nov 30th. One week later no update. Where did it go? I’m in *******. No way it shouldn’t be here by now. And I agree with every other review. The COVID excuse is BS. I’ve ordered so many things online and gotten all of them just fine. Stop with the COVID excuse and do your *****job!

I had a package shipped Pitney Bowes on November 10th. It has been sitting at the ********** **shipping partner facility since 11/11. No movement. No updates. 23 days. It’s absolutely ridiculous. This isn’t the first time a package of mine went into a black hole in ********** *** I’ve cancelled my subscription that partnered with PB & refuse to ever do service with this joke of a shipper again. I’ve gotten packages from China quicker.

They’ve had my package since Nov 13 and has not moved from their facility since Nov 18, it is Dec 6th as of this review. I reached out and they told me to contact the retailer, that the retailer is responsible. No. *** *** ***did their part. Pitney Bowes is the one not shipping my box. This is beyond ridiculous at this point and the BBB needs to look into their ridiculous business practices. I get needing to be extra cautious in times of COVID but almost three weeks to move my order is ridiculous.
