If I could give zero stars. Unacceptable. Covid cannot be the reason for no customer service, no online tracking details. Horrible experience - waiting on so many items for more than a month now.

This company, Pitney Bowes is a joke. Do not order anything that will be shipped by them. I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB as I ordered from ******on November 27th 2020 and it is now December 13th 2020 and ****has NEVER received my package. This company will steal from you so don't waste your hard earned money using this company. Hope Pitney Bowes is shut down soon because they don't deserve to be in business!!!!

I placed an order on ********************on November 24th. Package has been stuck in ****** ********* *** ****** since December 3rd with no further updates. Can't contact anyone. I will probably never get this gift.

Just another unwitting customer waiting on a christmas gift that was ordered a month ago and is now convinced this company is some kind of black hole. My order has been apparently sitting in a warehouse for WEEKS now with no updates. Clearly this is impacting hundreds of people if not more, a better explanation than "it's covid, just wait longer and track your order" is needed. Package was shipped via PB on November 29th with an ETA of December 2-3. The package stopped moving on December 3rd. No movement, no updates...it’s now December 13!!! Frustrating and unacceptable. And PB: save your stock reply you’ve given to other complaints and actually DO something to rectify all these missing packages.

Terrible shipping partner! Has had my package at the warehouse for almost 3 weeks with no sign of it moving! Getting a hold of someone is impossible too. I’m so close to just going down to the 30349 location to see if I can just pick up my package at this point. I’ve had things come from *****get here quicker than this location that’s only an hour and a half away from me. Ridiculous.

My package was supposed to be delivered on December 9th from *******but then later pushed that date back to December 11th (but it still has yet to come or even be shipped anywhere to my knowledge). I understand that this is a very busy season and there are a lot of orders (I was also charged a "seasonal surcharge" in my package to account for this) and am fine with my package coming late. Company sucks. I placed an order at ****** on November 22nd for my children’s Christmas presents. Updated on the 24th saying Pitney Bowes will be delivering and there’s literally not been an update since. This is the 2nd package they have lost. The first one they marked as delivered and I never received it. Had to jump through hoops to contact a customer service employee. Pitney Bowes and all of it’s employees are incompetent and I really hope the company gets shut down. They have the worst reputation for stealing and missing packages. They should not be in business. I have spent weeks trying to speak to a service rep about my issue.
