I ordered 2 packages from the same company that are being shipped by Pitney Bowes. One appears not to have left the location of origin and the shipping update on that hasn't been updated since December 3rd. The other package, which is a gift, shipped out on December 3rd and has yet to arrive at its final destination. The last update for that package was 5 days ago, December 12th. Absolutely awful. Package has been sitting in their warehouse for a month! Don’t leave me your panned “ please allow extra time” answer either because we all know you’re a joke of a company. No way to talk to anyone who can help you. PB ruining people’s holidays. Shame on you

Horrible company and customer service. I ordered a Christmas gift through a third party vendor. They unfortunately used this second rate company and the gift has taken a month and still not arrived. I ordered mid Nov with the standard ground shipping of 5-10 days, PLENTY of time for a Christmas gift. It is now Dec 17th and their tracking has not been updated on my package in 7 days. The only thing the tracking shows is that it traveled back and forth between IN and TX a few times in late Nov and early Dec. I have called but ... read more

Horrible shipping company! The last shipping update I've had is that my package is pending with them since November 19th, it is now December 16th. Brilliant job. And there 8s absolutely no way to talk to a customer service rep. Let me guess what their response will be.... Thank you for your review. I apologize for the delay in receiving your package. Absolutely HORRID logistics company! WEEKS for a package to move from vendor to this company, then to postal service and never arriving. Impossible to contact. Contact link goes to a FAQ, and that has you go back to the original vendor, who had no clue themselves as to where your product is. I thought I had seen some awful cut rate carriers before, but these guys are the flat WORST. Avoid them at all costs!

If I could give a zero I would! These people are horrible I ordered with ****** on December 5th and it’s now December 16th and my package is delayed still? It’s been delayed for 4 days in the same place in *******? With no updates! I’m very disappointed with ****** usually my packages come within 3 days never this mess.

Most terrible service I have ever experienced. I live 3.5 hours from where a product I ordered online originated from. It’s been over 3 weeks and usps still hasn’t received my package from Pitney Bowes. What a joke! I’m sure my review will receive the same automated response from Pitney Bowes saying allow time and blah blah blah. I will never again order any products online that use Pitney Bowes as their shipping partner!

I ordered several items online during black friday. Both vendors i ordered from used this company. That being, said I have yet to receive my items. One was shipped on December 4th and the other was on December 2nd. There is no tracking information, all it says is processed. These were Christmas gifts, luckily one was reshipped through ups, but not everything was in stocked and I was refunded the other. Reading other stories, it looks like this company is a nightmare. I am completely let down.
