Why are you not taking the packages to the post office? From what it seems, you are ruining Christmas for many people. We know things are crazy and slow right now but keeping people's packages for weeks or months in one place is unacceptable under any circumstances. I don't want to see your canned response. Just free the packages from ********** **already. I am not going to buy from anyone that uses you again. This is ridiculous.
Pitney Bowes is by far the worst mail carrier partner I have ever seen or had packages go through. I have been waiting since December 1st for a package and have not received a single update since the 10th. I know some other customers have been waiting even longer judging by the reviews. The company I ordered cards through needs to cut ties with this company immediately or they will lose their customers as well. COVID is no longer an excuse for shipping in my opinion. They had my package for almost a month and still have not delivered.
This shipping company is terrible. I ordered from ********* in August and it was dropped off at the ********* ** Pitney Bowes location and the tracking says it’s still at that location to this day (12/21/2020). It took me calling PB, being told they can’t do anything, calling ********* to tell them I’m cancelling my subscription, for ********* to finally express ship my items with a different shipping company so I could receive my items the next day. I did all of my Christmas shopping online this year. 2 orders were shipped with Pitney Bowes - both were ready by December 1 and I haven’t received either of them. The tracking shows that 1 of my packages has finally reached the USPS - 21 days after us was ready to ship. The other has had zero updates since Dec 1st - it still says it’s awaiting a shipping label. November 29th, 2020 I placed an order with **************** who usually ships with ***, never ever had an issue when they used ***. Now that they changed to Pitney Bowes as a third party shipper the nightmare thrives I have not received my Christmas package. The only update I have received is the one that mentioned my package has arrived in *** *******as of December 7th, 2020 which is a little more that 3 hours south of here. I would give them a ZERO star rating if I could. I made an online order on 11/27 that sipped out on 12/1 that contained Christmas gifts; Pitney Bowes is the shipping partner and I still have not received my items (12/20). So much for getting these in time for Christmas! They’re unresponsive and have no information on packages when called and questioned. They use COVID as an excuse for shipping delays but I’ve since ordered clothes that came from China that have already been delivered.
I work in supply chain management and this is the worst performer I have had to be disgusted with in the specialty of logistics. I have ordered packages after this one from California, New York, and Florida via standard mail and have received all packages on time. I have been waiting for a package that was ordered 11/30, given several delivery dates and they continue to amaze me in the fail department. Real Losers!!!!! Do not trust your shipments with these clowns!
I think Pitneybowes is a front for someone/s to steal packages. Two packages from two different stores were never delivered and are said to be in ******* ***One was ordered in early November and the other on November 25. Someone needs to check the accountability of this company
