This company is absolutely horrible and should not be in the business of shipping. I placed an order in December 9th and it arrived to a facility in ********** **on December 12th and departed the facility on the same day, arriving here in ******* on the 14th. My package had an expected delivery date of no later than December 24th. My package arrived at a second facility here in *******on December 22nd and has not moved since. If there was an option for 0 stars I would have chosen it. The customer process at PB is so awful we ended up cancelling our contract. But that is not even the driving force behind this review. At that time, PB owed our company for the postage that was remaining on the machine. I’ve been waiting on my package for almost a month. Said it scanned for shipment on 12/8 but sat in the facility until 12/17. Arrived at another facility on 12/22 and had been sitting there for almost 2 weeks. How is this company still in business?

Wow, you build this "SuperCenter" in ********** **, and can't even keep up with demand. Like everyone else, I have a package just sitting dead in *******, for weeks on end. What's the issue? I known a Pandemic is happening, but I can't see a package that arrived on December 14 to Pitney Bowes facility in *******and the package still hasn't moved. They should be turning the package over to the **** in *******. Did they lose my package or was it stolen? I can't see why a package would stay in the same facility and not move for over 16 days. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY. I BOUGHT THROUGH ******AND THEY SHIPPED THROUGH THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY AND ARE SAYING THAT MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN SHIPPED. I ORDERED ON 11/29 AND LAST UPDATE I HAVE GOTTEN WAS 12/17!!!! I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE IT ON XMAS EVE AND NOTHING! My items shipped on 12/16. This company has never even entered the package into the **** system. When you call them, they tell you to call the company you purchased from! Why would I call the shipper when you have the package! This was supposed to be delivered on 12/18. As of 12/31 it is still unknown what they have done with the package.
