I wish I could leave no stars. We’ve had a package sitting in the ** location for 20 days with no movement. Their customer service is non existent and just tells you to go back to where you bought the item for more tracking information....the SHIPPING company has no clue about the packages they are shipping. Because of this I’ll be running out to grab the presents that are stuck in their hands that they won’t release to the next step. Hope companies stop using them.

Horrible experience with their shipping process. Weeks and weeks of inactivity. Present missed a birthday. Incompetence like that has a real effect on people's lives !!

PB is a horrible company and should be closed until it can figure out a better business strategy. They lost my initial package on 11/4 no excuses since it wasnt even last minute scrambles yet. My replacement "shipped" on 12/5 and still nothing the PB website says its in IL the USPS site says its still in ***********

Pitney Bowes proves themselves to be absolutely heartless during the Covid stress in our small, faith-based nonprofit that relies completely on individual and church donations. We have been a loyal customer for years. We tried to cancel our contract due to changes in our funding and they are making us pay a ridiculous amount to sever ties. Now we are forced to remain using their service. Every service we offer at our clinic is free of charge. If you want to be treated fairly, drive to your local post office instead.

I have the same complaint as everyone else. Ordered two products from two separate companies on 11/23 with a delivery date of 12/7. Packages have been sitting in IN and GA since 12/3. USPS has not received the items from Pitney Bowes. There is no one to contact, as the vendor knows nothing more than I do. The complete lack of communication and willingness to admit they are having a problem is ridiculous. The fact that there is no one to contact at P.B. is ridiculous. Package has been stuck with them for close to a month now and will not make it in time as a Christmas present. No way to get ahold of there customer service. Horrid company to have any sort of afflictions or business with.

I placed an order on 11/23 and another on 11/30. I’ve received all items except the items who were handled by Pitney Bowes. These are items I purchased well in advance for Christmas. We’ve all had a horrible year, Pitney Bowes just made a lot worse. As others reviewers mentioned, calling their customer support line leads you nowhere! My Christmas packages have been sitting in a Pitney Bowes warehouse in ****** *** ******for twenty-one days. It is December 21st. It took only ten days to get them from China to ******which involved clearing both China and US customs. No way to contact PB. Can only write these reviews in multiple locations.

Awful!!! I have 2 different packages trapped in the Pitney Bowes system. One in ******* and one in ****** Both of my packages were shipped weeks ago, they haven't even moved. They haven't been transferred to ****. They are lost or stuck in package limbo. I wouldn't use these people for shipping if I owned a business. The reviews for PB is awful. Pitney bowes needs to make this right.
