As with everyone else, my package has been sitting with them since 12/7 with no movement. It came from England. I placed another order from the same place, shipped with a different company, and it is scheduled to be here Friday. I don’t want to make the shipper deal with it, as they are a VERY small family business, and it should not be their place to have to refund me for goods lost in another country because of incompetence. Ordered a package on 11/24 and it was delivered to the pitney facility in ******township **on 11/30 and it has not moved at all since. It is now 12/15. Why call yourself a shipping company when you're just package hoarding? The BBB needs to seriously do something about this "company".

I have two packages that were shipped in November and have been sitting at Pitney Bowes facility in ** since December 6th and December 9th. Every single Christmas present I have for family is in those packages and I made sure to order items early because I knew there would be delays. My package has not moved in weeks and I need it before the 24th. There’s no way to contact anyone at the facility. This company is truly horrible. I wish I could give them negative stars.

Shipped a package on December 3nd. Arrived in ******** on the 6th. Have yet to receive an update ever since. I went through multiple trackers associated with the company to find that it was handed of to a partner on the 9th which was not reflected on the tracking number provided. Disappointed in the outcome of the service.

Horrible shipping and I don't think it was the best way to get the job done. I dont think anyone will receive a dang thing they paid for.

So sick of this company leaving packages in limbo and losing them. Will no longer be ordering from any company that uses these people for shipping. I should not have to pay for my products and extra shipping to be in limbo. Who the heck has $100's to just leave in limbo? I surly don't!

On black Friday I placed multiple orders with multiple venders. Some venders strictly used this company, others split the order between this company and anothers and lastly a couple companies knew better and didn’t go with this shipper. The items sent by other shipping companies arrived within a few days. All orders sent through this company have just been sitting for days and weeks. We’re now approaching 3 weeks with no items delivered, no updates. I get there’s covid, I get that there’s an overwhelming demand for shipping.... read more

Worst intermediate shipping company ever dealt with. After ordering my product and paying for express shipping to make sure it got here in time, not only is it over a month from one state away and still no package but it has moved to the ****facility and not moved in over a week. Contact with them has been useless since they answer that they can not help me with the problem of why my express package not being processed forward from there facility or why. The WORST company with horrible customer service I've ever experienced. Wait time is 50 minutes! Agents are hanging up calls in the middle of the conversation in order to avoid further explanation of the issue that customers are facing! This is the WORST customer service one might experience. They delayed my delivery for 7 days and when I called, an agent pretended that she was not hearing me in the middle of the conversation and hang up on me.
