Package has taken over a month to arrive. Still hasn’t. Has been sitting in one of their centers for nearly two weeks waiting to be handed over to the ****. Will not use any service that uses this company for shipping. Scamming people out of money.

Pitney Bowes has to be the absolute worst shipping company. I always thought **** was bad, but PB makes them look good. I’m waiting on 3 packages that have been just sitting at a PB facility for about 2 weeks. Such a joke. Pitney Bowes, do us all a favor and figure it out, send the damn packages everyone is waiting on. Don’t bother with the same stupid automated response you’ve left everyone else. Maybe in another hundred years they will beat the poney express. Package sat in ********* 7 days. maybe they need to get snails for delivery service, calling business and telling I will be shopping elsewhere. They did send another small package dec 4 via uses and it was here by Dec. 8th. But they lost my business if the ship via pitney.

In almost EVERY occasion Pitney Bowes has been the shipping partner for my online orders they lose my package or takes over 20+ days to be received by usps to start my package delivery... it is the most unprofessional and unresponsive delivery partner I have had to work with.. I DO NOT recommend ever using Pitney Bowes if you have the option!
BEWARE: Before placing an order with any vendor, make ABSOLUTELY sure that they do NOT use Pitney Bowes to ship your item! I was supposed to receive a package from them last Saturday. The package keeps saying it will be here tomorrow but it’s been stuck in the same place. No updates just cancelled deliveries. This company should just close and let the big mailing companies have it.

The WORST shipping service. I've been waiting over a month for a package shipped with Pitney Bowes. Package has sat in the same facility for 2 weeks and is now God knows where. Thanks to Pitney Bowes I will be canceling the subscription associated them and calling me credit card company to reverse the charge.
