1 star because I can't leave 0. I have been waiting 2 weeks for a package delivered via Pitney Bowes from 1 state away! I could have walked there and gotten it myself by now. According to their package tracking it was shipped out Nov 25th and has been bouncing around *** ****** ever since. This same order had 3 other shipments coming via *** ** **** that were here in a matter of 3 days or less. These guys are trying to ruin people’s Christmas. I’ve had several packages go through their facilities and none have made it out. I’ve had one package there since November 24 (currently December 5). I have another package from a different company that’s been there for 4 days. We planned on celebrating Christmas early due to a family member about to pass away and they’re have ruined any chance of a happy Christmas.
It's understandable that shipments sometimes get delayed. That seems to be the case with my package at Pitney Bowes. Unfortunately, the company does not provide any way for a customer like me to attempt to rectify this problem. The agents who respond on their live chat line explicitly refuse to answer any questions about deliveries, instead directing customers to a phone number allegedly dedicated to delivery questions. Placed order on 11/18/20. It's now 12/4/20 and my package is STILL just sitting in their warehouse with no movement. For a shipping company they should know how to do supply chain and logistics a tad bit better. Unfortunately, I didn't know that the company I ordered from uses Pitney Bowes to ship. I thought it was just arriving via ****. Too bad for the company that I ordered from, because they are probably losing money and getting bad ratings due to the incompetence on Pitney Bowes part.

Adidas is using pitney bows, my package shipped over a week ago but hasn't moved from their facility. I had a delivery date, and then it updated to say I will get an eta soon. That was 7 days ago. There has been no contact. Nothing to tell me if or why my package was delayed. This isn't my first issue with this company. They ship fit ipsy too and take over 3 wks to deliver a package i used to receive in less than a week.

TERRIBLE COMPANY!!! AWFUL! THE WORST!! HOW ARE THESE PEOPLE STILL IN BUSINESS??
If I could give it a zero or negative review I would. Package shipped on 11/08/20 made it from ***** to ***** ******* **as of 11/17/20. No updates in over two weeks and no package delivered. Contacted the company that I made my purchase from and they said I should have had it on 11/19/20, asked me to allow til 11/25/20. Now it is 12/02/20...no package, no updates from Pitney Bowes. Their tracking website just gives no real information just a bunch of junk in another language. Seeing more and more reviews like this regarding ... read more

I had a box coming to me that was accepted into the Pitney Bowes System on November 14th in Bloomington Ca, departed on the 17th and arrived at a facility in ********** ** on the 20th. It was "accepted" at said ********** ******* facility later(!), although that didn't show up on the tracking link until the 27th, when it said it was departing.
