Newgistics picked up my phone from **** to return to ****. I am now being charged $1,000 from ****because someone stole my phone out of the box. ****received an empty box and they are charging me for it. **** even sent me a picture of the empty box. I tried to contact customer support but I am not getting any response. This is theft.
A package I ordered was shipped via PB and arrived at the PB shipping facility in ********** **on 10/10/2020. According to **** and PB tracking tools the package is awaiting transfer to ****. That was 11 days ago! Based on other comments here it seems like my problem is small since it’s only been 11 days with no movement or updates. I am totally surprised that the BBB gave Pitney Bowes an A rating. Our past office manager signed ( electronically) so who knows if she did indeed do so. We are a small office and do NOT require paying $ 267.00 every 3 months for use of the machine. I called to get it cancelled and they will NOT cancel the "lease" unless we give them $3500.00, well the machine is not even worth that much, so Unless you hire an attorney to get out of the lease, we have to EAT it. I am not surprised I have not seen not one good review for this company. The fact that the BBB review is an a+ makes me think that they pay for that good rating. I ordered a package almost 2 months ago and it has been in the hands of this horrible shipping company without ANY update for 7 weeks now! How is there this many customers with the same issues? Unethical business practices. A a long standing client (10+ years), Pitney Bowes has nickeled and dimed us at every opportunity. We had no need for their meter as we are using mostly email now.. if I wanted to cancel early I would have to pay the term of the lease (understandable) AND PAY A TERMINATION fee. They REQUIRE you to return their outdated machine, and then charge you a RETURN FEE. If you do not return it, you get charged as well. Wow! The reviews here certainly follow a trend. Yet, this company has a A+ rating because customer reviews simply don’t matter. So now like so many others I have a package in their possession in *******that they simply have failed to turn over to ****. There facility is literally 30 minutes from where I reside. Honestly, I could go into a long detailed explanation of my situation, with many hang ups or wrong transfers (one to *****??). But a quote from one of their reps sums up my experience: "Sometimes packages get lost, or just go missing. You'll have to deal with that and order it again." Then he hung up (This was only mid way through my attempts). Also you cant re order a limited edition, only sold for certain time item, but thanks. Totally useful.

If I could give this company 1 star, I would. I have been dealing with them for over 7 months. I have spoken to at least 4 different call in agents, and 1 online chat agent. I am with a nonprofit and the previous Exec. Director left our organization and did not leave me log in information. When I call to get our information switched over, I am told they cannot give me information because I am not on the account. When I go to sign up online, I get a screen that says "try again later". My package was shipped MAY 27th from ********** *** The last activity was on JUNE 2nd in ******* ***(I live 3 hours away in ***. It is now OCTOBER 5th. A ****search request was done on JUNE 9th. They they have never received it. The package has been in TRANSIT so long that USPS has just removed the tracking from their system.
